History & Foundation

The company was established as a partnership firm in Delhi in the year 1928 and has been ruling the fragrance and flavour industry since then.The founders were Late Lala Raghubir Saran Garg, Late LalaUttam Chand Jain and Late Lala Madan Lal Jain. The firm was converted to a private limited company in the year 1974.

While the focus has always been on the business of manufacturing of industrial fragrances and flavours popularly known as Industrial Fragrances, additional product line to manufacture aromatic chemicals and essential oils, was established in the year 1985.
